exactly how each week works

Before each session: Your team completes a short prework assignment so you show up ready to install, not catch up. Every lesson builds on the last, so the work compounds week over week.

During each session: Scott leads a live, 55 to 60 minute Zoom session that includes a belief reset, a core framework, guided exercises, and live role-play with real coaching and feedback. You don't observe the program. You build inside of it.

After each session: Your intake team lead runs one or two short weekly huddles to reinforce what was covered. Team members each ship one micro-improvement before the next session. Recordings and AI-assisted lesson notes are uploaded to your Course Vault, typically within one business day.

Throughout the program: Your team builds a firm-specific intake playbook as you go. Every lesson adds a component. By Week 15, that playbook is your complete, customized intake system.

How many people from my firm can participate?

Up to 5 participants from your firm can attend live sessions and access the Course Vault. Everyone registers using a firm email address.

What if I miss a live session?

Every session is recorded. The recording and lesson notes are uploaded to your Course Vault, typically within one business day. You will not fall behind.

How is this different from the Self-Guided option?

The Group Install is live. You attend weekly sessions with Scott and a small cohort of peer firms. The Self-Guided option delivers the same curriculum on-demand, at your own pace, without live instruction or group interaction.

How is this different from the Private Install?

The Private Install is a 20-week, fully private engagement for your firm only, with deep individual customization. The Group Install follows a shared cohort timeline and is designed for efficient, complete system installation across a small group of firms.

When does my access start?

Course Vault and Alumni Community access begin on June 2nd, your program start date. Your 12-month access term runs from that date.

What is the refund policy?

You have a 100% satisfaction guarantee through the end of Lesson 2. No refunds are issued once Lesson 3 begins. If a refund is approved, Course Vault and Alumni Community access is revoked upon processing.
